What can destroy Ghosts?

So this makes me think, that Ghosts serve to revive Guardians time and time again, but they too can be destroyed, we know that they're light can be drained, or that
being cut off from the Traveler will shut them down or something like that
, but what other methods are there? Can they be destroyed by conventional means?

  • Enough concussive damage to a ghost can destroy it

  • Yes. With enough force, it can be destroyed. Felwinter killed a guardian by shooting him and his ghost with a shotgun, The crows killed some guardians in a bombing run when the guardians moved into a fallen held valley and the crows were aiming for the fallen, and Cabal state that orbital and artillery fire could do the trick.

          • They can be destroyed by anything conventional means that damages the Ghost beyond repair...or drains it of its Light (How Eris Morn lost her Ghost).

Shooting them does the trick. Felwinter killed a warlord by blasting the warlord then blasting the ghost.

              • Ghost can be shot, slashed open, broken, and destroyed by any mean used to kill people or other material objects. When they are separated from a source of Light such as the Traveler, their life slowly drains in a way similar to aging or becoming tired. It's like a battery draining. In zones rank with the Darkness's presence, this process of draining is sped up because the Light is suppressed and weakened.
