How Does It Feel To Believe in Bogus Theories About The Round Earth?

I've taken a bit of a hiatus from offtopic, but I'm back now. Over the past few days I've been trying to understand why so many people believe in an obviously flawed and false conception of reality. Why does society almost universally accept round earth theory? It is as plain as the observably Flat horizon that Earth is not round, and yet everyone continues to believe otherwise. Most do not even understand what "gravity" is, and yet they use "cuz gravity" as some sort of solve-all explanation; an invincible proof that the world is round. To Planar Theorists such as myself this is extremely laughable: not even "scientists" themselves understand what gravity is. Ever since Newton the explanation as to why mass exerts a "pull" continues to elude explanation. This and a dozen other flaws in the spherist conception of the universe show how inherently flawed the round earth view really is. So I wonder: why do so many believe misinformation? Why are people convinced because some dude with a nice voice narrates an hour long special on the Discovery channel? Is Morgan Freemam really all it takes to convince people of completely unverified ideas? I am genuinely curious: how does it feel to believe in bogus round earth theories?
