It depends on what you're using it for... Mob Add control turn that shit explosive round off.
Need to Stagger a Red/ Ultra keep explosive rounds on.
If you're running the WoTM raid The Burning Eye is the best Scout but I think The Wounded is the same archetype and you've got explosive rounds I'm just not sure it would one shot a shank like the Burning Eye will.

No it doesn't unfortunately, it takes them down to literally zero but just alive haha.

Yeah I tested it too. I have crowd control too though so after a kill it one shots I think.
