What moment in destiny made YOU feel badass?
My badass feeling was during the Croats End raid when the music would come on when the sword bearer would tell everyone to "take him down" and you'd shoot your rockets.

When I left a winning crucible match.

First time bearing HM Crota: Everyone on my team was out of rockets. Crota was almost dead. Oversoul was about to kill us. I panic popped Golden Gun and took out his shield so my friend could deal the final blow. Everyone lost it lol.

The first 1000 or so kills with the icebreaker that I got in the first week of gameplay. Was a very exciting time for me. "This gun kills everything!" Oh the glorious times before the nerfmachine at bungie was fully activated.

Wielding the sword of Crota against Crota when I was last alive in the team and killing him.

The entire wotm raid. No matter what you're doing, you have a sense that you're a huge Badass. Bomb throwing is Badass in general, cannon running is even better if you can snipe the servitors. Slamming Aksis is -blam!-ing epic. And that's one thing I love about WOTM. Its not like CE or VoG where one class is better than all the others //in the eyes of the dumb people at least.// On CE they always wanted a hunter for Sword bearer and a hunter for relic running. On wotm though it feels like everyone has a chance to be a badass

1 ReplyFirst time killing Crota as Swordbearer. The new subclass missions in TTK. Iron Tomb mission. It was quite disturbing but as I was running away at the end, with the axe in my hand and the music playing, it felt SO epic.

One time I got into a nightfall and soloed it. Was my first time soloing and i didn't even wipe once. Edit: remembered the time I killed atheon by myself and the shield guy. He wasn't shooting and I just used everything I had and killed him. That was everyone else's first raid completion. I had carried everyone through it without even a mic. Of course they knew what to do but they had never finished. I think my biggest accomplishment was doing vog nearly every week without a mic.

Got to admit, the combination of that swordbearing music, the sound of gjallarhorn and the slamming of the sword made for a real intense gaming experience. It's my favourite PVE moment in the game. However, it's my least favourite raid and I never got the crux of crota. Funny eh?

During Kings Fall at the Warpriest we only had three people alive, including me, so with managed to beat him like that.

Beating Oryx on hard-mode was my first badass moment in PVE. Getting a phantom medal on my friend in a 1v1 takes the cake though.

I'm like "yes, I am the biggest badass that ever lived, ain't no one gets past me". That and killing Atheon once after everyone was either dead or teleported and I'm the only one left outside.

Ended up 4-manning the challenge mode and completing it in half the time it took us with a 6 man team

First week of House of Wolves, Solar Burn Skolas. Both teammates dead, Skolas near death and the countdown was on 10 seconds for my demise. Pulling out golden gun, having celestial nighthawk and killing that motha-blam!-a.

[/quote] The same but a little bit different. Let me tell you my Crota Story: We was playing the Hardmode of Crotas End and we was at the part to beat Crota wit his own Sword. I was the Sword bearer and we was very nervous because that was the last try we could make before I have to get offline. Suddenly my friends said: "Why are you down there and let the enemies hit you?" "You will die, come up to us!" I was irritated, I stand next to them in the Room with the Crystal. I said: "What the hell are you talking about? I'm in the Room!" Then we registrated, that my Network start to be gliched. On their Consoles I was down at the Hive Sword Bearer and the Hive Thralls "were in combat with my textures" but on my Console I was in the safe room, waiting for the Moment that Crota moves back in the middle. So we got Crota down and I killed him because the Enemies didn't attacked me while I was gliched. And I got my first CE Helmet and the Crux of Crota. That's my Story.
