You guys dont have enough pve content because you make content irrelevant AND crucible is broken with constant lag, shots not registering, kills also delay to register, fix your game.

4 RepliesIt seemed like there was more content in year 1 vs year 3 because.......there was. Everything was new. All the guns and armor were new and mysterious. All the strikes were new. Nighttfall was new. VOG was the first raid Its year 3. Most of us have all the weapons and armor we want. Materials are pointless because of this. Grinding for strange coins is pointless because we have everything Xur has Just gotta wait for Destiny 2. Even if Bungie makes VOG or Crota updated its not going to add some massive replayability

3 RepliesDestiny -blam!-in sucks. The wrath of the machine raid is way to short and just shows how lazy bungie is as a developer. It doesn't really matter because with all the good holiday releases that have come out recently people have already forgotten about this game. Hell even the division is better than destiny now. It rains good loot in the division with the latest patches they have made to the game. Unlike destiny which is a always a slog and a grind to get what you want.

What this game needs is timed Alerts that show up in the Director with public matchmaking and give useful/unique rewards. Open the Director, for example, and see a list of available Alert missions. One has 5 minutes remaining and is a hard mode Warsat defense mission on Mars for 500 weapon parts. Another has 20 minutes remaining and is mission to prevent Vex sacrifices on Venus for an exotic shard. Something like that might give both casual and veteran players more to look forward to. Of course, I would also change and adjust some other parts of the game so that grind has more value. Crafting is something I think PvE desperately needs. I would do away with weapon and armor engrams entirely. If you craft something, it's unique and comes with empty perk slots. Perks would drop from enemies instead, along with infusion fuel to level up those perks. Counterbalance, for example, could be a purple legendary perk and require more fuel to reach max rank than a green common perk like maybe exhumed.

Every week you would have 4 raids,1 nightfall, 1 arena (prison of elders), crucible bounty, trials, and Iron Banner (when live) Times that by however many characters you have. But instead they rather just make one raid relevant (maybe you can count kings fall too because you can infuse the gear, but it is not going to help you lvl up in light) They are wasting all of these assets to make cheap ass Events like FOTL and Crimson Days. I like SRL, but I feel like it should be a permanent addition to the game and not just a 2 week event every YEAR. EDIT: apparently the idea behind "new weapons and armor" is confusing to some people. Compare it to Iron Banner weapons and armor, notice how that updates which every DLC and get a new look and theme. Just being able to infuse the old armor you have in the vault from 2 years ago does not change anything. It wouldn't make a difference. I am talking about NEW weapons and NEW armor Like maybe a Siva infused Vex Mythoclast for example. Same with fatebringer and VoC.

The game needs more little in-game things that unlock small things like emblems/shaders or a new point system that allows us to unlock some combination or shaders/ships emblems. Bungie I cannot fathom not having something obvious like this imo.

Both Raids were pretty much relevant throughout the entirety of Year One. Today, there are two pieces of endgame PvE content which are still relevant and are a complete ghost towns. Them being Challenge of Elders and Kingsfall. Making content irrelevant isn't the problem so it seems.

1 ReplyIrrelevant is the key word. Fine, we get it that the Bungie army is working on Destiny 2 and just a couple of people are now in charge of stringing this iteration along. It's the fundamental decisions that have been implemented into the game that make it irrelevant now, mainly PVE. - You can hit the level cap in a couple of weeks because nearly every activity rewards higher level gear - The crybaby infusion system as it is now makes it way too easy to level up gear. No need to work for things. Might as well just make it so we can take any weapon to the gunsmith and choose exactly what perks we want on any gun so we never have to work for or accomplish anything. - 3 of Coins made exotics irrelevant, and too easy to get. Yet another easy way to level up - The raid is just 3 bosses. The raids are too easy and have been since VoG. More importantly, what's the point of killing those 3 bosses when you can just come in last in a random PVP match and get a random 400 light weapon to drop? Perfect example, you finish the questline which is like what 5 missions and takes a couple hours and you get a sword, not just any sword, an exotic. Those use to be a pain to get, but it was awesome when you got it. Free exotic swords for basically logging in, congratulations.

Nothing to do. I'm grinding Eyaslunas. How sad is that. Had 2 crap ones, and one ok one. They seem to drop quite often considering. Like 1 every 20-30 games. Been looking at other pvp games (The Last of Us pvp is kinda sucky...) Loaded up bf4 but the weapons are awful.

Bungo have said basically sbmm aint changing, they had to ask activision for permission for RoI and all thats coming is SRL and crimson doubles over the next 4/5 months. if thats enough to keep you then you enjoy it. if its not then basically you have to walk away. lots of people have been recommending tf2 which is where I am going to as whats in your title is my issue. it wasnt enough so I have ordered tf2.
