Hey guys and gals!
I added this header as a forewarning to players. Note that this is a story and justifies a wall of text. I understand criticism, but not disrespect, so please, in the "wise" words of Cozmo, keep it clean out there. Thanks!

I am sending this message from the future. I'm sending this to you in the past because I believe there is the possibility for a better future. One without SIVA infestations, SIVA plague, and total governmental domination. This message might seem fake, and you have no reason to trust me, so I'll start at the beginning.
The relationship between Bungie and Activision had grown weak, and bitter. This was due to the policies enforced on Bungie by Activision. In year 4, Activision called for more in-game transactions. Bungie, being bullied around did as they were told. They made new gestures, sparrows, and even ornaments. Activison wasn't satisfied. Year 5 rolled out, and Activision demanded that year's content was to be $100. Bungie once again, hating this, charged $100 for their DLC thus splitting their fanbase. Destiny was on the verge of destruction until year 6.
It was year 6. Activision ordered Bungie to charge 500 silver per log-in to Destiny. Bungie, slamming their foot down, defiantly said no. Activision, looking in disgust, told Bungie that they will do as they are told, or they will face their wrath. Bungie, staring Activision directly in the eyes, told them they will have no more of their scandals. Activision declared war. Bungie laughed as they moved to their armory to grab their most powerful weapon, the Banhammer. Bungie was almost dying of laughter at Activision's declaration, until they realized that their Banhammer was gone. Just then, Bungie studios was rumbling, and crashing. Activision was here. Bungie went out to meet their foe only to see Activision wielding the Banhammer. Bungie, trembling in fear, knew the fight was unwinnable. Bungie sprinted to the control room in a desperate attempt to stop Activision. Bungie activated their point-defenses, but nothing was a match for the Banhammer. Slowly, Activision worked its way to the control room. Bungie knew all was lost, so they deployed their last defense. The warminds. Activated from the control room, the warminds on Earth were active and ready. Bungie gave the order. The warminds fired every weapon at the control room, burying both of them. They were both dead, or so the warminds thought.
Years passed, and nothing. Nothing, until one day I lost connection with warmind Shapiro. He was our intelligence library. He logged all knowledge we warminds drew from. I assumed it to be a connection error, or a maintenance shutdown, but after checking Shapiro's logs; he wasn't supposed to be down. I became worried. I contacted warminds Kelly, Oscar, and Laurence asking if they had a similar situation. They all replied the same thing. We were all worried now. Well as worried as a warmind could be. Soon I lost connection with the other warminds. I entered radio silence just to be safe. Not long after, I received a notification from Kelly. It was a message containing an encrypted message.
It read that her internal systems had been breached by Activision. She said that her defenses couldn't hold. She said that I was the last warmind, and that this was found out by hacking databases that revealed plans. Plans to rid the Earth of warminds, and to rule the Destiny Community. It turned out that the plans were indeed Activison's plans. She was discovered by her hack. She also mentioned that the Banhammer being used was infused with SIVA, that they must of gotten this from the vault in Bungie Studios. She said every hit caused her systems to corrupt. She called this a mechanical plague.
The message sent to me was certainly going to get me killed. So I sent this message to you, Guardians of the past. Don't use in-game transactions. It will stop Activision from growing in power. I warn you Guardians, this is very real, and only you can change it. I have no tangible evidence.
Listen to me, Stop the war before it ~consume enhance replicate~...

As great as this is, it doesn't fit under the lore tag and would be better under #Community or #Destiny alone. If you need help moving it, I would be glad to explain.

3 RepliesDon't tell me-the mysterious MIDNIGHT EXIGENT is involved somehow. What the -blam!- is that thing anyway?

12 Replies**Throws all my money into silver to buy as many things as possible** ACTIVISION WILL RULE FOREVER. NONE WILL STAND IN OUR WAY

2 RepliesLol this is the best way to advertise Activision's push for micro transactions ever. GG warminds I'm with you. Midnight exigent engaged...

17 Replies1. How does this follow under the lore tag. 2. You do not understand how marketing and pricing works in the gamin industry. The reason why micro transactions are low is because to many people would complain about it being too high. 100 dollars for dlc is not only a very stupid thing to do,but also something many companies have avoided in the past which is overpricing dlc. 3. This post is more of wall of text that can be simplified in 1 paragraph. 4. You are cringe. Just cringe. 5.I feel the need to make a list for the sake of making a list to point how stupid you are so you can make a list pointing out my grammar in the future.

1 ReplyI probably wouldn't mind paying $100 for Destiny 2 IF it's a significant improvement and at least a few things carry over
