I've noticed that the gravity remains the same for whatever planet your on in destiny.
I'm destiny 2 I hope that at least ONE planet has a different gravity for its crucible map, this would massively effect gameplay of every kind on that planet, and add a much needed new dimension to this ailing game.
UPDATE.
Look I knew about the traveller, suit effects etc, just thought for one map it would have been good change. Kind of like in the movie ENDER'S GAME.
so everybody can stay calm and keep their cool it was just an idea. LIKE IF YOU WANT CHANGE.

guess he has never played on the drifter
6 RepliesEdited by Pellmell54: 10/31/2016 4:20:39 PMNah, your ghost simply adjusts your body mass such that your relative weight remains the same on all these planets so that when you transverse them you don't break your brain. I mean, bar is pretty low for our guardians, mostly mute blank faced monsters who dance around randomly to music no one else can hear. Not too much of a jump to assume that the light fried our brains when we got resurrected. I mean, they actually have to pay people significant amounts of money to teach us how to do basic gestures like clapping our hands, we are the definition of special needs guardians.

3 RepliesI can accept that answer of "Traveler did it" or "Ghost adjusts your mass". But what's the excuse for the enemies moving the same?
-
It's kind of disappointing to be honest.
It could be explained away by says by that the traveler did it, or that your ghost fixes it, but that's lazy.
-
I was actually disappointed when i first got to the moon back in December year one and the gravity was the same as Earth. I was so pumped to jump 30 feet in the air (without glide or triple jump)

Two words... space magic
-
Traveler Terra-forming.
-
Just thinking about the grenade throwing on the moon. Fusion darts?
-
7 RepliesThere's different gravity on the Drifter.
-
I think our suits regulate gravity and what we breath, so it makes sense.
-
6 RepliesTerra-forming - traveller did it to Mars and other planets.
-
18 RepliesYa just like how the planets are habitable..
-
That would be cool

27 Repliesso everyone in pvp would have to get used to different gravities every game. The no lifers would have the edge, not naturals or people that just play careful because the sweats would have the science down to a T and those of us that play for enjoyment would be effed.
-
2 RepliesAiling game. Lol
-
The Drifter kinda does.
-
You mean its not a game and my last word isn't a replica

Was reading all the grimoire cards yesterday and realized its because of the traveler. When it passed into our solar system it basically terraformed all the planets and gave them a more set gravity. As well as new life and an atmosphere
-
I believe it's the space amour we wear that keeps us balanced on all planets hence some exotics giving us agility etc..... That's what I've always believed, if you look at drifter map the orbs and engrams/ crests float away but we don't... But I'm with you I always thought the moon surface feels different when I jump to all the other planets tho
-
2 Repliesyou noticed this??? really. or did you just read one of the hundreds of posts about this and thought, mmm lest make a post about this as well.....
-
1 ReplyThree things that would be very funny/annoying to do or watch, in no particular order: - shotgun rush - Hunter knives - Titan shoulder charge and Fist of havoc And this would be even more annoying than already is: - warlock jump... gracefully gliding all way back to ground... taking 1 minute or so... then softly land... long dead by now...
-
3 RepliesAnd the sun always comes up in the west and goes down in the east. Maybe the Cosmodrome is in Australia?
-
2 RepliesEdited by Jinx: 10/31/2016 9:34:00 AMWell, according to the flat earthers, all planets are actually flat disks and gravity is a lie by the conspirator scientists when you're actually held down by atmospheric pressure and the sky is a dome with ice cliffs that keep you from DON'T LOOK AT ME LIKE THAT LOOK IT UP THERE ARE PSYCHOS WHO BELIEVE THIS CRAP I COULDN'T MAKE THIS STUFF UP IF I WAS ON DRUGS!
-
Sounds like a cool idea
-
4 RepliesTraveller made all of those planets Earth like.
-
2 RepliesTerraforming. SIVA was developed for the use of colonists by Clovis Bray, so obviously they had other methods of colonising and terraforming a planet to be suitable for Humans to inhabit them. Traveller started the Golden Age, which gave birth to massive advances in tech.
