I've noticed that the gravity remains the same for whatever planet your on in destiny.
I'm destiny 2 I hope that at least ONE planet has a different gravity for its crucible map, this would massively effect gameplay of every kind on that planet, and add a much needed new dimension to this ailing game.
UPDATE.
Look I knew about the traveller, suit effects etc, just thought for one map it would have been good change. Kind of like in the movie ENDER'S GAME.
so everybody can stay calm and keep their cool it was just an idea. LIKE IF YOU WANT CHANGE.

Space magic!!

8 RepliesAll those planets have been terraformed in some way.
-
7 RepliesNot gonna lie ... I'd love it if it was more like Metroid. Gravity, water, various climates affecting your movement. Snow or rain obscuring your vision and fallimg on your visor... Would love it.
-
Who cares lol
-
It's the same because the traveler terraformed the planets in our solar system
-
Drifter.
-
He knows too much! Kill him dead guarrrrdian!!!!!!!!
-
whats worse is that you get weight of darkness on the moon. heaviest gravity out of all other planets, oddly enough
-
What's Destiny Gravity? Is it like normal gravity but Destiny?
-
3 RepliesYes the gravity is the same because the traveler made every planet inhabitable.
-
I think the gravity of the Cosmodrome is altered, at least by the way I saw some guardians flying around the map yesterday in Crucible. No matter how hard I try, I can't get that kind of airtime from any of my characters.
-
1 ReplyWhat bothers me is the moon has wind... like what's up with that? My Titan mark flows in cutscenes. No thnx.
-
My theory was always that the Traveler's terraforming goes down to the core. I imagined that the planet's mass had actually been altered. But that kinda falls apart for the moon because that would really mess up earth's tides. So it's gotta be the space magic.
-
if they do this, it would then open the door for perks that would allow suits of armour to negate some or all of that gravity difference. I love this idea.
-
It's been 3 years and not once have I even thought about gravity.
-
We talked about it here back in summer 2014 during the beta, when we could visit the moon on the last day ^^
-
Drifter map in the reef kinda has low gravity
-
4 RepliesSpace is a Vacuum - with no sound, however we can hear our ships flying into orbit while the game loads. Bollocks I say!
-
2 RepliesHello? Yes? It's 2014 calling, we'd like our SFQ back please
sfq stupid fukking question
Edited by KayOsS882: 10/31/2016 5:07:02 PMLet's talk about realism.. but proceed to shoot deadly holographic arrows or burst in to flames and throw flaming hammers, or die and rise back up like a Phoenix. Hmmmm interesting.

1 ReplyDon't forget sound.
There shouldn't be ANY sound on the -blam!-in moon
-
8 RepliesThe moon is the only destination that should have had zero gravity.
-
Bungie tried this in Halo: Reach with the map, Zealot. It was a nightmare of a problem. Maybe a couple missions could be low-G, but not a Crucible map.
-
5 RepliesWhat about when the Cabal smack you and you fly hundreds of meters in a straight line. That's some witchcraft gravity.
-
4 Replies
guess he has never played on the drifter
