packages of the lost
anyone else find it f'd up that almost everything cool from festival of the lost is locked behind bungles ridiculous eververse paywall? Is there anyway to earn the packages? As of now you can trade candy sacks for crota, speaker and cryptarch masks, that's it. You get one emblem from tyra at the temple for her quest.
Good job bungle turning what should be a fun community event into a shameless money grab.

You could complete the quests to get more masks and a free package per character

*sigh* Another thread started by and then filled with people who have no idea how Bungies jobs are done. Not to mention you can get [b]three[/b] packages per account without new characters. Or the fact that they are purely cosmetic. Also you need none of these items to progress in the game.

2 RepliesIt's cosmetic. It's in eververse. These items are useless to me in the raids, and in the Crucible. So, I don't care. The micro-transaction store always needs an infusion of stuff to keep the silver rolling in. I just happy that they included all of the masks i needed to do the quest this year. I couldn't finish it last year because RNG denied me a mask or two. Also.... I've never purchased silver, and won't, but I'm OK with people that do getting all of these cosmetic goodies.
