Are You Joking Me, Bungie?
Why do you have such an incredible hard on for snipers? Your "nerf" did absolutely nothing to the reality of people shooting through flinch. These sniper mechanics are a joke and you should feel ashamed for getting to year 3 of this issue still existing.
These things are over powered enough as is with the sheer impact of their bodyshots but the 1 thing that should change the game [u][i]still[/i][/u] doesn't effectively work consistently. I don't know who your sandboxers are, but they need to be straight up replaced. This is ridiculous now. Fix your bullshit snipers already.

Compare NLB with any other sniper. The flinch is real. People sometimes just get lucky shots on ya.

You must not snipe much, huh? It's definitely a lot harder to counter snipe in that situation, but it can be done. Occasionally I get flinched into headshotting someone which is absolutely hilarious. Maybe you should start strafing more so they don't correct themselves and dome you?

12 RepliesIt'd be nice if they took aim assist off of snipers. There's only 1 sniper to my knowledge that had 0 aim assist. And that is Effrideet's Spear with the Ambush scope. I still have mine to this day.

1st it is a sniper rifle of course a body shot is going to do alot of damage 2nd at least shotguns don't have to worry about flinch 3rd if you see a sniper either be smart and find cover or if you have a good long range and accurate primary you pull that out, move around, and shoot him Stop complaining about a gun type in a game. That's how things get nerfed 😐

I looked at your setup.. Stop complaining and use this app for what it is supposed to be used for. I agree that snipers are powerful in the hands of someone who knows it's mechanics.. guardians.gg watched the stats WTF over 30% killed with shotguns and only 2% with fusion rifles so bungie saw this and will nerf fusion rifles

The current Snipers reward a skilled hand and it should remain that way. If one is good at hitting small targets then yes, he should be rewarded, what we have to keep in mind is that there are lots of counters to snipers. Also there are other specials available for different styles of play. Shotguns are just as good as snipers but for an opposite play style. Hope this helped guardian :)

Yeah i think you may be a bit but hurt i could go on about how shot guns need a nerf etc but i understand that different maps favour different weapons. I pity the fool that takes on my tulok with full super absolute beast sorry bout spelling.
