Checking through trials recruitment yesterday to see if it were true. Found a guy with a post saying: 'Need two for trials, 1.4kd+ only' I checked his stats to find he had a .62 KD on his best character. Pretty hilarious. Yes I know my KD is utter trash but I wouldn't ever make a post like that

The final boss is a 380 light recommended encounter. For each point below the recommended light level of an encounter you are, your damage is debuffed by 3%. That means, at 365, your damage is reduced by 45%. 6 people at 365 aren't going to be able to beat that boss unless their play is flawless, and if they're such good players, why are they 365? 1 or 2 people at 365 makes the fight much harder to complete. Why would anyone above 375 run with someone who is 365, when they can easily fill their groups with higher light players?

I done kings fall hard with. 298 warlock, carrying a team of 335's high light don't mean shit if half the players need maxed out characters in order to do something. Now cause I'm 353 and the grind is stupid on this game I can't make 360 or 370 yet I probably do twice the work as the 370 group.... skill over light, when I max out I'm gonna just inv anyone to raid Long as your serious and want to learn is all I cared about

I always thought it was funny that in the first few weeks you can do the raid at 20 or more light levels lower but 2 weeks later it will be must be 300+(kings fall) and it will be must be 375+ for this raid.

Who isn't 370? I'm already 380 just by grinding. Even with work. Edit: so salty lmao

Light level actually means jack shit in this raid. It's all about playing consistently throughout each encounter. Your light level won't save you from not calling out your empowered location or your slam that you miss.

I asked someone why he has less light than what he puts in his requirements. His answer was "to balance dps"

Or must have emblem when they don't have emblem lol I will typically only post requirements when I know I don't have all day to try to finish a raid. As a 380 Titan I'll ask for 370+ players when I only have a hour or 2 to play. When I'm free all day I got no problem taking anyone into my fireteam. The more people that learn the easier the raid becomes.

Edit: I don't mind the comments. Fire away. You can really see the divide in the community though. Those that agree with me and think its crazy that its been 7 days and people are already having unlrealistic requirements, and those that disgree and are a part of the problem. I know that last sentence is gonna tickle some fiddles, I don't care ;) IT'S BEEN [u]7 DAYS[/u] PEOPLE! PEOPLE HAVE WORK, SCHOOL, FAMILY, AND SOCIAL LIVES THAT HAVE INHIBITED THEM FROM SPENDING 2-4 HOURS IN THE RAID! JESUS! GET OFF YOUR HIGH HORSE AND HELP SOME PEOPLE! And then I see people saying, " well, I'm already 380 and ran the raid 8 times already". Wow, so cool. Would you like a prize? Sorry most of us didn't have 16-32 hours of free time in the past [u]7 days.[/u] Get over yourselves. Keep in mind, I have done every raid in this game dozens of times and completed all of the challenges, but I can not find a group to raid with. I can raid. I'm not stupid. Added with the fact that this raid is easier than King's Fall. I know I can "start my own group" but then I have to find a sherpa or two that knows the mechanics so we have some idea as to what we're doing. Also, yesterday I messaged [u]19[/u] groups that were offering to run a fresh WotM and only [u]one[/u] replied. Really? You're isolating the community and making the raid less available to players by not helping. You're also hurting yourselves because you're making it so that there is less of the game population that knows how to run the raid. What happens if one of your friends can't run it and you need a random replacement? Guess you can't find anybody because nobody will know how to run it. All you have to do is get 5 friends you're good with and then take in a rando that hasn't run it before. That way you can still get the raid done, but teach someone else along the way. It's a win win because you're adding another member to the community that knows how to raid.
