340 blues... pun intended
OK I'm sure this has been asked. And answered.... a million times. Can someone however please help me out. I'm 343 light and every time I decrypt a rare it's 340. What's going on? Does it max at 340 ? Is there nothing wrong? Am I stupid? Help.. please....

1 ReplyBlue engrams that drop normally have a max decryption light of 340. The blues that drop from bosses however, drop up to 365 (except for the abomination heist). Legendaries also decrypt up to 365 but can drop from faction packages up to 385. Raid loot goes from a minimum of 365 to a maximum of 385

Run the heroic strikes. The blue items that drop at the end can drop up to 365 depending on your light level.
