Told you , your his best friend .And he reminded you how he went great lengths to find you.
I almost cried.
Man tears.
I have a feeling something is going to happen to our ghost soon.

3 RepliesI thought it was super corny. Definitely 2 steps back in the storytelling and gameplay realm from TTK. You can totally tell they rushed this DLC. Same stuff we've been doing for 3 years. Go to the same area we've been to a thousand times (but backwards this time!), open this door, trigger this wave, kill these reskinned enemies, crack a joke, rinse, repeat. It's getting beyond old at this point.

Got a little sentimental and remembered The Speaker degrading the choice of our Ghost and was like "Ha!" the Speaker was wrong. And remembering the Fall of Atheon, Skolas, Oryx, and all the other strike bosses including the original storyline with the Heart of the Black Garden being destroyed. Tl;Dr Nostalgia kicked in

It was a nice moment. I wish he had made a joke about having a different voice though. Make the voice change canon or something.

My lasting thought was; Is this the kind of dialogue they thought 'too camp' when the base game was presented? If it was; Bungie, go tell the corporate overlords they didn't need to re-write the thing. Apparently the community likes it. The customer is always right.

YES The music playing while I was standing at the edge of the Ketch admiring the view with my Ghost after getting Khvostov and Ghost reminiscing... hit me right in the feels. I'm so glad Bungie made such an awesome Exotic quest line :)
