Rise of Iron: Requirements Not Met

I purchased Rise of Iron, but when I hover over the cinematic trailer it says "Requirement not met". Is this happening to anyone else who owns Rise of Iron?

I think it's just not viewable until it actually drops.. Could be wrong but I'm pretty sure.
