IMPRECATION COMPLETE
FINALLY. after several sweaty and heart wrenching attempts, I COMPLETED IMPRECATION !!

•Location: Firebase Delphi
•Mode: Clash
There I was, using my gunslinger hunter and a hawksaw... frustrated at everyone using either Hard light or Doctrine, I decided to test out Imprecation and seek precision kills.
The first few were back to back, after a few deaths I gain momentum by 2 golden gun kills followed by two more headshots!
with 3 minutes left I quickly glance to see how many I have obtained so far. (5/7 precision kills)
I GOT EXCITED. OVERWHELMINGLY ANXIOUS TO GET THE NEXT TWO KILLS. It felt like a lifetime before I had my next headshot. I get it and with just 1 left !!! the time was 0:45 seconds left AND IT WAS FLYING BY...
After sliding around a corner I spot a enemy hunter
(luckily he's using a scout and I caught him when he had to reload)
I MASH ON THE TRIGGER AND I GET BODY SHOT then another BODY SHOT
THEN I AIM UP and I hit the wall behind him -_-
6 seconds before the match is over.. adrenaline is pouring in and I can't stop shaking to get my thumb straight, finally... I aim down sights and BOOM!
Nail in the coffin, match is over, QUEST ADVANCED!!!!! arms day here I come, to pick up my first curse!!

Grats! When I decided to finally do the quest I got six headshot kills my first match. I thought it would be easy and I'd be done quickly. Enter a whole lot of nope. For two more hours I grinded, fighting against enemy Guardians and the terrible hand cannon accuracy. I finally gave it a break then came back in another gaming session a few days later and got it done.

This and chaperone were my two favorite quests... Because they were difficult and rewarding to complete, and pushed my game more than just the regular grind. Congrats!

3 RepliesIt doesn't have to be crucible kills. Go to the thrall bridge on the sunless cell strike and get head shots. Triple tap will proc for the 7th kill.

Congrats. Have to admit that was the toughest part of the quest for me as well. Although I don't think my completion was quite as climactic.

2 RepliesWell done buddy! That part of the quest can be such a nightmare! Took me a good few games to complete. When my mate needed to get it done, and he's not great in PvP, we ended up going into rumble and just let him kill myself and our other teammate. Unfortunately the other 3 players clocked on and kept ruining it for him lol We sent them a message after the game letting them know what we were doing, we all jumped into a party chat turned out the other 3 players were in the same fire team and all squeakers. But they helped us out in the next game and he got done. Faith in squeakers restored!!

9 RepliesHaha! Congrats man! Imprecation was one tricky quest, for sure. The First Curse is one of my favorite Hand Cannons, actually. I run the ballistics option that grants the most range, and quickdraw. Whipping it out with that sick flip is so COOL! I choose range ballistics because hand cannons need range above everything to be consistent. You'll want to choose your shots carefully, and definitely use some gauntlets that boost hand cannon reload. I run with a Panta Rhei fusion rifle in my special slot, and prime targets with either that or my Solar grenades w/ Sunbreakers. (LOADS of fun)

I did it with my Titan (Striker at heart), but went in with Defender and the overshield helped me immensly. Control - Crossroads map. I remember telling my friends back then that it was my year 2 moment of triumph.

when first curse wasn't buffed your inprecation had 5 or 6 ammos I am not sure and you had to get 7 fast pve kills that mission was the cancer one lol but I'm happy for you good job

Nice job man, I completed mine on Xbox using grenades to weaken my targets and pop that last headshot but it took me a few matches to complete

I remember when I got that "feared" quest step, I woke up early the next morning, went into rumble, wasn't even confident about it and first game of the day.. I felt like shit honestly. Then, everything went just so smoothly and I wrapped it then and there, I was like alright that went well 😅
