The last word
Bungie plz buff last word so it is a HIP FIRE Machine. This weapon 8/10 should be hip fired but ATM it is hip fired 2/10 so bungee does us a favor and make the last word a more high risk high reward weapon.
Sorry to all of you triggered people out there that didn't understand what I meant... I meant to NERF ADS DAMAGE AND THEN BUFF HIP FIRE.

I can completely agree that the gun is very good but it's current state is not what it is intended to do

The man is asking for a hip fire buff not an overall buff. And second I guarantee that half of you get out into a skirmish with the last word would not go positive and as someone who uses it it is not as op as you think you literally can counter it by guess what not getting tat close the same as a shotgun now I'll await as someone tries to find an argument to make

This is a cheese gun and it's almost as bad as a shotgun. It's the easiest to use and requires no skill. Use a real mans weapon....Hahaa

13 RepliesThe amount of people saying TLW is op.. I guarantee if you put most of them into a game with TLW they wouldn't go positive. It's a great gun but you need to put the time in and learn how to use it. If you spam the trigger you're going to find yourself reloading in the middle of gun fights a LOT. It's a weapon that rewards the time you put into it.

15 RepliesArgue however much you want The Last Word is still one of the most used guns, along with MIDA, which really sucks because no one is really getting better. Which is probably why everyone is saying to need snipers and shotguns. I mean people don't recognize how good some other guns can be, like Queenbreakers or Dregs Promise, especially ones that a lot of people work hard for. Such as The Chaperone, Touch of Malice, Tllaloc,and etc. I don't really make long comments but using the same guns over and over for a whole damn year is really damn annoying so people JUST GET GUD! TRY NEW THINGS and most of all BE DIFFERENT surprise people. Just don't ruin a great game. :P

I can agree that the gun hip fire need some more damage because I shouldn't need to use a whole rounds or most of it to drop one guy.

hmm alot of people saing to tap the trigger but i still use full auto and only tap at mid range. it takes almost a whole clip to kill tho

2 RepliesMy thoughts for making what TLW should actually be - Decrease the damage when ADSing - Increase the damage when hip firing - Increase the damage drop off - Maybe a nerf to ammo reserves

Buff range and stability to work OK at Byronic Hero ranges, then make it so it only gets increased rof when hip firing.

Tlw is the only gun in the game that somehow remains popular after not one but TWO nerfs. I dont think this gun is capable of buffs

14 Repliesthey purposely nerfed the gun due to the fact that the last word already out preforms other handcannons in EVERY aspect except range. There are few other handcannons (or guns for that matter) that are as versatile and have as fast of a kill time. Having to scope in with TLW is a good balance, if you dont have to scope you bearly have to aim, not to mention you dont suffer the penalty of lost radar and slower movement. TL:DR if you didnt need to scope with TLW it would be the arguably best handcannon in the game
