yes, modern, refiled barrels. muskets/black powder guns are in a world all their own. well i can get my rifle i mentioned, in several lengths for the same round, .308. 20" is the shortest. the longer ones are for people that hand load their rounds for better ballistics for whatever purpose they are using the gun for. but yes, all of this goes out the window when applying it to the game.
