Be it wheat, dairy, soy, sugar, fried foods or something else?
If you have, have you noticed any changes either negative or positive?
I'm currently abstaining from dairy. I've gone 2 days without and I feel better. Not so bloated or blehhh.

I've only been drinking whole milk and water for several months. Also I've been eating a lot more vegetables and meats high in protein. I feel like I could decapitate a bear with a single karate chop.

I haven't eaten meat in about a month. It's had a profound change on my health & wellness. I still eat eggs and dairy, and I also still eat fish. So I guess I'm pescetarian. But I didn't set out to become pescetarian, it just kind of happened.

2 RepliesI've been doing intermittent fasting for almost 2 months now. Have 8 hours to get in all your calories then the other 16 hours all you can have is water. Not hard after like the first week and a half.

I'm lactose intolerant so I avoid dairy. I'm not as bloated and feel a lot better. I also avoid fast food because I just feel gross after eating it. [spoiler]Eat nuts. They are good for you and have protein. I can't because I'm hella allergic to all nuts [/spoiler]

1 ReplyDidn't eat meat for a few months, felt normal, had absolutely 0 carbs for one day, felt like dying. Wouldn't say I've ever benefited from avoiding something tho.

1 ReplyI recently cut out soda completely and made an effort to eat smaller, healthier meals when I can. I'll see how it works out.
