(Xbox One) Looking for a Veteran Worlds 1st Raid Team for The New Raid

[I understand this is an 'elitist' like post but ya, because I am. Lol]
[b][u]Requirements to be on the team:[/u][/b]
• Must have over 500+ Raid completions. (Unless you prove yourself worthy otherwise)
• Knows how to run every role of every raid. (Relics, Strategies, etc.)
• Must have schedule free from September 20-23th(at least). Personally, I'll be taking a week off work when Rise of Iron drops.

I want to build a god squad to attempt Worlds 1st.
They're probably aren't many of you, but show yourself if you're looking for a Rise of Iron launch team to prepare for the raid.
I am very proud of my Destiny PvE career. I haven't missed a raid on Day 1. I always had a team ready to go as soon as it came out. In my opinion, that is the best way to experience a raid, when you try to figure out the mechanics with your friends, how to figure out the puzzle, what's the best way to do it, etc. I rightly recommend going into a blind raid with 5 other people, the feeling is like none other. I've done it 3 times lol. Just haven't attempted a Worlds 1st yet....

Between deleted characters, I have at least 200 completions, but i'm competent enough to versatile, communicate, and learn new mechanics quickly. Completed every previous raid day one, so I have plenty of experience with blind encounters. I will be free from the 21st onward, so I will be raid ready by Friday. I realize i'm short of the raid completions, but I feel that I can hold my own on a team with standards such as yours.

I know how to do every part of every raid but school starts in a few weeks for me and 20-23 is school for me and I am in Japan right now so I am 13 hours ahead (if you are in east us)

Ok. I've got that whole week off so I can grind for ROI. If you don't want me on the team I completely understand, but I believe I am better than almost anyone else you could find on these forums.

5 Replies500 is dumb. Considering to get a competition you need to do the raid start to finish. I mean, I've done all three raids on all 3 characters every week while they were relative, I consider myself an expert at every aspect of the each raid, and I still don't have anywhere close to 500 total completions. Maybe 250? I mean, if you did it ever week on 3 characters, that's still 300 total you could complete. Who has the time to help their clans and friends and randoms run a full raid more than 3 times a week. I mean, I've spent a few hours some weeks helping teams with the challenging parts, but that doesn't count as a completion. 500 is ridiculous.

1 ReplyI'll get back to you on this. I didn't play a lot during Y1 so my raid completions are kind of low but I assure you I am as elite as any other. I have close to 2000 hours on the game since TTK. I don't know if I'm free during that time, I'll have to check. I'll get back to you in a few days. Also, I know a glitch/exploit for pve that could make this a lot easier. Even if I don't make the team I will message you on XBOX 1 about the glitch.

There's a lot of times where I don't have the time or need to do them. So my time is usually better spent somewhere else. And yes I did see the end bit in the quote. I just thought the 500 completions bit was funny.

I don't have those 500+ raid completions but I know how to run everything. Sword, Aegis, Light Bulb. I know how to run them all. I have a good schedule too. I was there for Day 1 Kings fall too but my team were exploring the different options and tactics we were thinking of for the Totems and Warpriest. We got to Golgoroth at the end of the five hour journey but we called it a day.
