How to counter shoulder charge!!!!
As a Hunter, I hate being shoulder charged. So, I made an extensive guide for all of you so you can start giving Strikers a taste of their own medicine. Step 1: Acquire shotgun. Step 2: Equip shotgun. Step 3: Acquire target. Step 4: shoot incoming Striker. Yeah, they don't need a nerf. It's called common sense.

3 Replies...As a fellow hunter, I find this method lacking. To properly add insult to injury when dealing with a titan's shoulder charge, you must stop his ability with one of your own. My method: Step 1: Apply First Curse or Judith-D once (anywhere) Step 2: Apply throwing knife (between the eyes if possible) Step 3: Watch as Titan sprints up to you and proceeds to keel over Step 4: Laugh

true but doing that leaves you stuck battling noobs tubes aka snipers. I swear by shotguns cause I don't like the easy pass. But things are senseless at times. if they want to keep snipers that way we should get real noob tubes. I'll make everyone retire a sniper if they ever do.

How to counter shoulder charge from a titan main Step 1: notice that a titan us running at you without shooting. Step 2: shoot at him because he's literally headbutting your bullets.

Once was aiming down snipers at a rival sniper. My teammate yelled out "Shoulder coming around corner!" I promptly dropped the sniper to about head height and sniped the guy just outside Universal Remote range. Which is just inside fusion rifle range lol. Guy messaged sniping looser. Says the guy spamming shoulder charge all elimination game long.

3 RepliesEdited by FrenetiCreature: 8/2/2016 8:05:52 PMYeah, but assuming that every titan that charges you, will be coming at you in an open area and from a distance that allows you to change to your shotgun and for it to be ready to shoot; is like assuming every sniper will be standing straight across from you fully exposed, or that every shotgunner will be running straight at you from the front. Don't get me wrong, I don't think SC is OP and I don't think it needs nerfed. But, assuming that keeping your eye on your radar and using a weapon that can stop a charging titan is just naive. It's like assuming that a bullet resistant vest will save your life in any fire fight. Lol! "Carry a shotgun, don't let them get that close. You'll never die from SC again." - Says the ignorant. There are several situations where you're not going to be able to stop them or see them coming. But, the same could be said about a lot of tactics in the crucible. But, trying to act like having a shotgun and watching your radar will save you from every SC is ignorant.

3 RepliesI see a lot of people saying things like "the Titans dead body shouldn't be able to kill me" after they use the suggested shotgun method. My message to these people is: I am the Titan main who likes to shoulder charge when playing striker, and that almost never happens. You're just more inclined to remember these instances because of how pissed off you get when it happens. And I don't blame you, the bodies shouldn't be treated like they were flung out of a catapult. I can get how, if taken literally, someone could make the argument that the momentum [i]should[/i] kill you but whatever. Sometimes, I'll activate SC when in range and hear the impact but still get shotgunned and they don't die. I've also seen my titans body bounce off of them or go right to their feet after I activate SC and die before getting the kill, so the bodies don't [i]always[/i] have that effect. Anyway, the dead bodies killing you is most likely due to lag. As are 50% or more of the problems in PvP
