Seriously -blam!- the "Meta"
It is slowly ruining this game. There's no diversity in any firefights anymore, and its just no fun. You wanna be competitive go play trials, we don't deserve your sweat in standard gametypes.

Going up against +4 MIDA's or +4 TLW's so often.. you learn what NOT to do against these weapons. It's only taught me how to counter these weapons. 👌

I've been running 88/8 autos since I started playing Destiny last November. As far as I can tell, they've never been "meta". Lately I've been using mid impact scouts as well. I switched off of my sniper and ran a sidearm for the entirety of this last Iron Banner, and I did very well. Good guns don't magically make people good at the game. Let them use what they'd like, it doesn't matter once you've killed them.

So what is the meta now. I think the crucible is more balanced than its ever been right now. I see way more variety now than I did in year 1.

1 ReplyIf they actually balanced everything like it should be, they would be out of a job. Having a "meta" ensures they'll always have work to do. I believe they intentionally create extremely broken guns for the sole purpose of later nerfing them.

The meta is pretty balanced. You can do very well with every weapon type right not.
