im not calling for a buff but i believe unstoppable / the armor while using fist of havoc got ninja nerfed or something... like you stated for some reason i can get taken out by 1 shotgun to the face or 2 melees when using fist of havoc instead of surviving it like usual or even without the perk. i even run full armor, unstoppable, arc armor and the 3 armor buffs from bolean gemini but still get oneshotted by shotties. i thought it was just a problem with lag or something so i never said anything but im kinda glad someone else noticed. would be nice to know if bungie did do something or if it is just lag...
