IS has done the same thing with Orlando and Nice. It's unlikely they actually played any part in the attacks, but they will gladly claim them to spread fear and paranoia.

Man I'm just relaying what's being thrown around, you and I both know there is a 98% chance it's IS inspired... im just waiting for some more facts.

With the few reported dead so far it doesn't seem like the shooters tried to kill as many as possible but rather shot selected victims. That rather supports a nationalist background.
