^ It takes a long time to make even the simplest 3D models these days, and we're not even talking about level design, coding, rigging, animation, and testing. This link shows a time lapse video of some random 3D artist working on a car. Just imagine characters, props, and things like terrain being 3D modeled.

Make sure you work in their weapons division. Reskin the same weapons from year 1 every 4-6 months and name them after Clint Eastwood movies.
