Skilled Snipers are Op
To those snipers who are actually good, not using modded controls, or lagging. To the Gaurdians who practice and actually learn the tradecraft that is sniping. To the 87% and up headshot ratio. In the end it is you who are truly OP. There is no doubt that the sniper rifle is a powerful weapon but every weapon must be mastered. Your light is strong, hats off.

6 RepliesFor other games i'd agree. But sniping in destiny is like using a scout rifle with slightly more zoom. None of the mechanics that make sniping actually sniping in other games.

14 RepliesI love when people act like sniping in Destiny is like the hardest thing to do. It's old school Halo 1 and 2 style sniping. Halo 3's sniping was harder because you had to lead with your shots. Destiny is just "put the reticle on their head and shoot, that's where the shot lands". It's an instant hit. Not even any bullet drop. Lol

1 ReplySnipers are so broken. Every player I play against bodyshot and then switch to primary weapon. How is it that these so called skilled players getting headshots while airborne? Its completely broken. Trials is nothing without it's snipers and everybody knows this. There are a few streamers out there that are actually good, but some streamers are using a mouse to get headshots that wasn't suppose to register. Snipers need a nerf. Not drastically. Just more flinch or stagger when opponents are shooting them.

18 RepliesI honestly wish I saw more snipers. I'd like to consider myself a sniper but all I see are shotguns with.... juggernaut shields, no back up plans, and warlocks using double stormcaller meelee with ungodly range... This is all I see and it's getting so old...

All these comments and haters. Funny that every that cries about hidden hand has their best weapon as a shotgun. This is a never ending argument. The only answer is to buff all primaries and players won't rely on special weapons for most of their kills.
