Too reliant on snipers!
Players are way to reliant on sniper rifles, body shot and primary 1 shot seems to be the thing now! No fkn skill what so ever! If they had a Trials that consisted of only primaries, all these streamers that are ruining trials right now wouldn't be able to carry, because they wouldn't be able to make it past round 1-2!

The amount of people that are, granted, shit hot with a sniper (granted, it ain't hard to be in Destiny), but that are useless with primaries... Take away their crutches and half the streamer base ain't worth shit.

4 RepliesThe people who suggest to only buffing primaries TTK as a way to counter snipers are so full of shit. You ain't gonna fool me that the reason you wants this is to counter snipers only. You want to make Shotguns and Fusions completely unusable in PVP. Higher TTK on primaries would make running a shotgun a death sentence in every encounter. So would charging up a Fusion. Meanwhile sniper fags can hide and survive, and more than likely still headshot people while under fire. It will not fix the problem with Snipers.

Lower sniper's overall damage, but increase their precision damage to compensate. They'll still kill with one head shot, but you wouldn't be able to kill someone with a body shot and one bullet from your primary. Wouldn't really affect PvE either.

2 RepliesBump. 167 max body damage is too high. Good balance would be 80-90 body damage. No need to change the sights up or reduce ammo again. Let crispy snipers who get head shots be encouraged and not a bunch of campers primaring snipers.

Cuz primary weapons require too much risk since they are so inconsistent and suck so badly.

I use my primary....and almost every time that I hit a bodyshot with my sniper I just back away rather than finish them off. Not everyone with fairly good stats got them through maining a secondary. Although it may be annoying to be killed like this, automatically grouping all good players into the same pool of "elitists" or "sweats" that will do absolutely ANYTHING to increase their stats is biased and inaccurate.

Mostly everyone who complains about snipers are bad at PvP. Since Bungie wants to pat your ass like they run an adult daycare. I'd say they're probably going to nerf snipers now. In some way because the whining majority of cry baby little butt boosting teet sucking fools win since they cater to the casual.

2 Replies-blam!- the streamers, I'm shocked people actually pay them just to watch..most popular streamers barely play with subs..They'll run normal crucible or some other irrelevant bullshit with subs, but they'll call their other top streamer friends for trials..btw, no matter how good you are they'll refer to you as a carry or blueberry..like you're inferior.

1 ReplyI'd really like to see the Halo-esque scope-counter for sniper rifles. For anyone who hasn't played Halo, shooting a player who is scoped in with a sniper rifle pulls them out of the scope, which in some cases is a bit ridiculous, but altogether a reasonable counter. While it would conflict with primaries, etc, I'd rather that than obviously out-shooting the hunter crucibaby across the map to have him magically take advantage of the aim-assist for snipers and get a headshot when they really shouldn't. Now don't get me wrong, I don't mind having to counter snipers, but i do take issue with things like the situation I described above. It really shouldn't be a problem in the first place, but i dont make video games for a living, so I can't say that with absolute certainty.
