My destiny account has restricted me from all crucible for a temporary ban. I would like to find how long its is and why i was temporarily restricted as i have been in New York for the past 2 weeks so I couldn't have done anything to be restricted from crucible.

1 ReplySo there are account bans and restrictions in Destiny. These are two separate entities. Bans are permanent whereas restrictions are temporary. Bungie does not discuss or overturn either. All information regarding these can be found in their official policy linked below. https://www.bungie.net/7_Destiny-Account-Restrictions-and-Banning-Policies/en/Help/Article/11929

Edited by KannibalKlown: 7/11/2016 5:51:02 PMBans / Restrictions come in waves. They look at reports, then the data from those matches, then batch-ban / batch-restrict people en masse. So the issue in question could have been from 1-2 months ago. -Edit- Oops I replied here already. Oh well, my msg above is about something else than my msg below.

6 RepliesYou most likely were restricted for having a poor internet connection. Restrictions for trials lately have been a minimum of two months. There are restrictions and bans in destiny. Restrictions are temporary where bans are permanent. Bungie does NOT discuss nor can you dispute either. You must serve your time.
