The Bad PvP Teammate Identification Guide
Let's be honest, most of us have done at least one of these at some point. This list is purely for entertainment and fun.
1) The Lone Wolf Pup- someone who thinks they can do everything on their own but gets first blood for the other team
2) The Politician- the one that insists on using you as a human meat shield
3) The Lost Puppy- that teammate that is scared and follows you around but misses every shot they make
4) The Statue- the teammate that is frozen the entire match (AFK)
5) The Spotlight - the teammate that wears a bright shader and wonders why they can't find good cover
6) The Forever Confused- the one that can't tell who is on their team
7) The Ghost - that guy that you forget was even on your team
8) The Benedict Arnold- the traitor that pushes you into enemy fire
9) The Death Wish - the one that runs out and yells at the other team to shoot him
10) The Lagger - this is the one that has such a bad connection that he can somehow faze through walls
11) The Brick Wall- this is the teammate that walks in front of you when you are killing someone so that instead of getting a kill, you shoot your teammate in the back of the head

But since I have no depth perception, I'll bump into him as he is trying to snipe an enemy. This causes s body shot instead of a headshot. The enemy is wounded but kills my fellow sniper. Then I kill the wounded enemy. Then I camp until sniper respawns and sets up again, rinse and repeat.

Don't forget the sunsinger that uses fireborn and firebolt with VF but not ToF.

The Bravo Foxtrot (Titan exclusive): a Titan teammate that shoulder charges you off objectives, in the middle of gun fights into enemy fire, or my personal favorite, off the map into your instant and utter demise. I may or may not be guilty of all of this.....

The sacrificial lamb- the one who jumps in front of supers or into sniper lanes to save their teammates. Especially when it's not necessary.

Lol I'm guilty of #2 and get verify Arnold a lot - usually pushed into a hard scoped sniper >_<

Great post dude. The one that pisses me off more than anything is: Mister (or Ms.) Impatient - they'll self revive in Salvage or Skirmish AS YOU ARE REVIVING THEM...then you'll lose by like 150 points. Hmm And their counterpart I Stand Alone - the motherfûcker who won't revive you...and you end up losing by like 150 points

1 ReplyThere are basically 2 pvp gamemodes since TTK: - team death lag - waste their time! It's no fun anymore and more than 99% of the randoms being noobs doesn't help either. There is no bad pvp teammate. They're all bad

The sore loser: the guy who you owned the last match who is now on your team this match and shoots, jumps, and otherwise tries to get in your way and point you out to the enemy.

The Meta..only uses the popular meta weapons and gets upset when they have been nerfed

What about the teammate who has great perks on their weapons but for some reason isn't using them? I cringe so many times inspecting loadouts and witnessing players opting to use things like skip rounds over snapshot on a sniper for example. Meanwhile I'm still relying on my her benevolence cuz I can't get a year 2 god roll :/
