The Stranger's Rifle stability nerf. Used to be that thing had almost max stability and all three shots could hit a Guardian-sized crit box at long range. I think they did it before releasing No Time To Explain (which has identical stats), because that rifle would've literally had a bottomless magazine if they hadn't. But still.'
