You do realize Anime is the Japanese equivalent to the word "Toon" right? It's just the shortened term for アニメーション (Animēshon) which means cartoon.

I was summarizing your previous statement for you because your memory is clearly that of a goldfish.

I said that because my statement still stands. If you say that "one punch man" is a cartoon, whoever you said it to will think it was made outside of Japan. If you say it's an anime they'll know it's from Japan. So saying it's a cartoon is just confusing.
