Burn tick nerf?
So was the burn tick nerf from 7 to 4 on purpose? If so, what about incendiaries? They're no longer lethal. What's the point of the buff at TTK then? And Titan punch? Warlock ticks? Why?

I have no idea but I've noticed my sunbreaker melee burn damage dropped from 7 to 4, and also still doesn't last very long like we were told for time changes. Idk what's happening either but I'd like to figure it out.
