Snipers RUIN Trials of Osiris
They literally take away all the fast paced gameplay. You can't even walk around corners without the fear of being hardscoped, because a hardscoper is waiting for you. Those easy hardscoping 1HK shots don't make you skilled. They tell us you can only use a sniper to win.

4 RepliesIt's really about reaction timing when it comes to snipers. Hard scope vs Hard Scope, the person with the better reaction will win 83.97% of the time. I personally like snipers in trials! But hey, that's just me! ~[i]TheGreatNike[/i]

This weekend of trials was easily the worst I've ever seen. Nothing but scrubs sitting in spawn, slapping more duct tape on their LT. Much camp. Very hardscope. Trash.

Agreed. They need to remove the Radar which will make flanking and moving around the map much easier. Currently its just everyone getting into a position on the map and waiting till they can snipe an orb.

8 RepliesAs for skill, shotguns are easier to use. As for ruining trials, I kinda agree. I think a primary only trials would be more fun (without NLB and universal remote ofc)

1 ReplyWhile it can prove a little boring sometimes, there's nothing stopping your team from getting up close and personal! It's up to you how you play, you just gotta find a way to get at the ememy! I'd prefer it now to the thorn days! Thorn day matches were over before you looked down sights of your sniper!

I will add some of the shots I have been hit with with snipers were unbelievable and I could not argue with them. It helps if they have a god roll long bow or something. But they have probably just played trials since day 1 and I have only been on it for about a month. They love playing my fire team lol

I think it's fair enough if 2-3 guardians are hard scoping then it's upto your team to either out snipe them or try and flank them. The level of skill in trials is so far above normal pvp. I honestly suck at sniping but I try and if they are better than us we try and flank them. So far we have only managed 5 wins flawless then got pwned. But I like the fact it's so challenging. U love iron Banner too but let's face it that is just a grind and results matter very little.
