Where might one find the best fusion rifle around?
I've been using the Thesan FR4 from the gunsmith and it's pretty good. You can check it out on my hunter if you want. I know Plan C is godly, but sadly I deleted it a long while back and it didn't register that I ever had it, so I can't get it from the kiosk. Are there any other good fusion rifles that I might be able to get?

Gotta find an archetype you like. I love the vortex on my warlock and my ashraven's on my hunter. Pretty much the same rolls, but I think braced frame is key. Definitely want as much stability as possible

All of them with a good roll Whatever fits your playstyle, like rushing? Vortex,long far gone and splitshifter Tactical guy? Thessan, panta rhei vacancy, elevating vision are nice choices Passive camper type, Darkblades Spite and hitchhiker fr4 might be your cup of tea Range and stability perks first, everything else after imo I have a Vortex with battle runner braced frame and life support that does work.... Whatever you like

Check out the guide PlanetDestiny has. The short answer is they are all great, and there is no one dominant archetype, and good roll varies. The vendor vacancy is good. Thesan FR4 with accelerated coils & hot swap is good. Range boosts are good, unflinching is good. Even Kneepads have a powerful fighting style they synergize with.

The vacancy from the Future War Cult is fantastic. Has max stability with rangefinder and a great base range. Highly recommend picking one up.

I use a Ashraven a lot, but I really like those Omolon FRs (even though they won't give me one with a good roll...) Telesto, Ashraven, Darkblade, Vacancy - they're all pretty good. The rest, not quite so much. Long Far Gone and Panta Rhei can get the job done with the right perks, but not as easily.

depends on what you like or pve/pvp Some to check out imho: Panta Rhei (aka: panty raid)- with a good roll this thing is top tier in pvp/pve Ashraven's Flight - again, roll is key but can be fantastic Vacancy/Thesean - roll roll roll - my warlock has a great version from FWC Susanoo - warlock specific but really good all-rounder and element swap in PVE Plan C is pretty trusty

I find plan c on par with the vacancy or thesan ! It's main perk is awesome but it needs practice I end up shooting over my opponents head a big issue. I think due to speed of pvp if you can convert it to pure muscle memory it would be perfect- I'm not there yet.
