PSA - Banshee is selling a monster hand CANNON
Judith-D is finally available again. He rarely sells it, so I highly recommend jumping on this.
IMO, it's the most under-appreciated primary for PvE in the game. It hits like First Curse, but can have all sorts of different perks, since it's legendary. It's actually the only legendary high impact hand cannon in year 2 (First Curse is exotic, obviously).
It's actually capable of 1-shot kills in PvP under the right (but impractical) circumstances. There is a video going around showing how to do it. That archetype is a little slow for PvP right now, but it's still awesome with the right perks (more fun than practical, though).
It's my go-to for any of the tougher PvE stuff. Mine has Explosive Rounds, Army of One, and Feeding Frenzy. "Army of One" should be the gun's name, not just a perk name.
Explosive Rounds with that high impact lets you clear out mobs with just a couple shots. It also breaks shields down and bypasses Phalanx shields. Most red bar enemies go down with one shot, even if you hit the body.

Edit: here's the video about the 1-shot kills. He actually has a lot of interesting advice regarding the gun, including how to 2-shot (even with body shots). I've always seen it as more of PvE weapon, but everybody is different.

Edit 2: after some of the responses, I feel I really need to emphasize it's still a [u]PvE weapon[/u], IMO. I don't want to mislead anybody. Those two shot kills and all that are fun, but I'm not trying to claim it's going to be amazing for PvP.

I know the OP was recommending this gun as a PvE weapon but I decided to give this gun a shot in the Iron Banner today. It is absolutely amazing. I was using one that I got from the Gunsmith last week, it had Sureshot IS, Crowd Control and Explosive Rounds/Reinforced Barrel. I was averaging a K/D of over 2 (my all time average is 0.9) and had 20+ kills in the 4 consecutive games I used it in (check my Hunter, the 4 games immediately after I patrolled the Cosmodrone earlier today were the IB games I used the Judith in).

4 RepliesI really think that with all the great cannons in my vault, I'll hold onto this one until it has a total wrecking-ball roll. I just don't see it as a particularly attractive PvP primary, although it could be - for a patient guardian who isn't working on his in-game cardio, lol. To make up for the slow RoF and major kick, I think I'd just go with an all-powerful build, like exploding rounds, luck in the chamber, and reactive reload or something like that. Would be fun on strike duty.
