Not at all, it was his tone throughout that whole rant. I only quoted one part, but reading that last sentence literally made me shake my head. I'm not even in complete agreement with op, but I understand not everyone enjoys the current system. Playing at a high standard doesn't come naturally to some players. So for them, it's do your best or "go home" removing the fun in pvp for them. That's why so many games have both causal and competitive or ranked modes. It's a reasonable criticism of bungie to force all players in certain modes to be in sbmm whether they like it or not. It came across as "well if you've not got the competitive mind set for it, go play Mario" or what ever game he said.
