I play on Xbox and think we should have the same gear as PlayStation.
-
In a word? No.
-
I play xbox and I think PlayStation exclusives should stay. I think of it as extra content from bungie, that I will inevitably get.
-
As an xboxplayer I say no. Reason why is bungie and to an extention, Activision are in a contract with Sony. So there is nothing we as the player Base can do so just sit tight and wait for ROI to drop the TTK exclusives
-
Xbox player here: I don't really care. I'm not one to piss on another console (that is stupid - you all NEED both consoles to keep the market interesting), but the overall PS4 experience is just not that great to me - so if an extra cookie keeps the game financially able to evolve, rock on. I don't really care about Jade Rabbit or Zen Meteor, but i did covet the Hawkmoon back in the day.
-
Doesn't matter to me, I look at Halo as my xbox exclusive. You'll can keep the Jade Rabbit or whatever it is.
-
I don't think anyone would mind waiting a month for the exclusives. A year however...by the time it's out were no longer interested
-
I understand their financial assistance from Sony is really the reasoning behind it, but don't make them seem like life long exclusions. Like another game that has a 1 month Xbox exclusion, eventually the rest of the player market would like to get the rest of the exotics, the rest of the grimoire, and have a chance in another strike. I hate looking at the Exotic vendor and seeing 2 items I may not get to September or later.
-
As a playstion player I said yes. It takes me as long as the Xbox players to get the exclusives.
-
I play on ps4 And chose yes but only the year long exclusive It should be no more then a 3 month exclusive in my opinion
-
Bungie should get rid of itself.
-
No they should get rid of the team responsible for the crucible activities instead.
-
Edited by Neutrill: 6/22/2016 4:57:52 PMYeah but the contract says they're here to stay until at least the start of Year 6
-
I agree that the consumer gets the short end of the stick with any exclusive anything. Exclusive games, exclusive content, whatever. Like how car companies and dealerships are making packages instead of being able to pick whatever options you want to mix and match.
-
Only reason he exclusives are there is because Sony paid Bungie for them. If Microsoft had matched or raised, the situation would be different. The exclusives exist because people like money.
-
The whole point of these exclusive sets is so we dont have to wait for dlc like in COD. SONY paid to get exclusive stuff so be it. Im just happy I dont have to wait an extra month for a full dlc pack. I am an Xbox player.
-
I don't care if they have exclusives at all. But for the small amount that is exclusive a year wait is a bit extreme.
-
I'm on Xbox and Sony paid for them leave them
-
I'm on ps but voted yes so we don't have to hear the moaning from Xbox players.
-
5 RepliesI play on PlayStation, and I think if Microsoft should have taken the deal when it was offered to them, then I wouldn't have to read these post all the time.
-
Exclusivity is bad for all gamers in my opinion, but capitalism is a thing and as long as Sony is willing to pay a premium for exclusive content then the exclusives aren't going away. Sorry
-
I could understand skins or a week or two early access but significant pieces of content is the start of a road you don't want as a consumer. It encourages companies to chop up content and sell it piece by piece instead of focusing on overall quality.
-
I play on PlayStation and I voted yes. I don't feel like I'm getting anything "extra." I feel like Xbox players are paying the same price as me but are only getting 95% of the game.
-
2 RepliesI have PlayStation and I voted yes because we can only gain better weapons and content. Also the player feed back would be more manageable as to what players what as a whole community not as separate faction consoles. Maybe that's why Bungie crashes so many times they are running two different games at the same time that are the same damn game! Think about it. Tin foil hat or a coincidence?
-
1 ReplyPlaystation exclusives were announced way before the release of Destiny. C'mon people.
-
2 RepliesThen I suggest you kindly write Microsoft and ask them to pay more money so that you can enjoy what ps4 owners get to enjoy. It's all about money and Sony ponied up an Microsoft didn't. Pretty simple concept if you ask me.
-
Sorry but Microsoft didn't pay for it go complain to them
