Who else remembers the true purpose of the micro transactions? Because I remember them being put into the game to give us the next dlc(s) for free until destiny 2. So why is everybody forgetting thus and saying that they won't buy the rise of iron dlc(they won't have to buy it, it will be free) and if bungie decides to charge us for it, they will have the biggest lawsuit on their hands then any other gaming company, ever!
Edit: your "toaster" and followers have all been reported for harassment and personal attacks, I hope you all enjoyed your last day in the fourms :)

1 ReplyWhen did they say all this? Wasn't the April update free? As well as Crimson doubles, SRL and CoE?
-
They actually said there would be no paid DLC for the remainder of year 2. Year 2 ends on 9/9 of this year. RoI launches 9/20.
-
They never said dlc would be free. They said the micro transactions would provide money for the live team to put out free updates such as srl or the taken spring.

You're a true idiot. They never said that. That was community speculation by twisting the words written and said by Bungie. Have you never played telephone as a child? Stop listening to what other people say and find out yourself. If you did research yourself and still came to your conclusion my first sentence stands. ~I'll Ram your ass!
-
It wasn't free dlc it was mini events, like SRL or festival of the lost
-
September marks the end of year 2, the start of year 3. September marks rise of iron. Micro transactions funded year 2, as was stated.
-
The april update was a free dlc

6 RepliesEdited by Brick: 6/6/2016 9:08:01 PMYou are wrong. First off, the microtransactions were put in place to finance the creation of events and updates throughout Year 2. Rise of Iron will signal the start of Year 3. Second, a "major expansion coming this fall" was listed in Activision's earnings report. That alone is enough to tell you it isn't going to be free. Expect to shell out $30-$40. So tell me, Mr. Internet Lawyer, what exactly would you sue them for? I love the people like you. You are so stupid it makes me laugh. Edit: I see now that you are a tool of epic proportion. Toaster made you his bitch, and I loved every second of it.

1 ReplyToaster's response to this post and the private messages sent between the two is brilliant. Thank you OP for giving us this entertainment.

5 RepliesHow is he harassing you brah? Speaking the truth isn't harassment lol And fyi, if they do get a ban it will be a 7 day temp ban at worst
i should know I've had 4 or 5 temp bans lol
Edited by Brimstone: 6/7/2016 4:37:14 AMActually, rephrasing that, how afraid are you to go into the shower? You gotta be popular in the military with that attitude :^)

1 ReplyI just stumbled in, saw something about lawsuits against toast.
-
They said to support live events, not future DLC. Go back & read previous updates.

5 RepliesEdited by Brick: 6/7/2016 7:33:35 AMComment on Toaster's post removed and warned, but still here nonetheless 😘. A Marine reporting people on a video game forum for harassment because he can't accept that he's wrong? Really doubt you have any affiliation to the US Military with that attitude.
-
Toaster still proved you wrong despite your petty revenge. He's still on the forums BTW, they just removed his post because of the pictures of your conversation.

1 ReplyMust suck to have so many people on the forums trolling you. Ive clicked on several different links in your activity tab and most comments are people supporting toaster. I guess next time you wont be such a prick. Also, why PM someone talking shit then report them for talking shit too? You're like that person that starts a fight, gets their ass beat, and then calls the police. LOL

1 ReplyGo home kid you're wrong... we got a bunch of special events out of the micro transactions, we got updated prison of elders, re-adapted archon strike, new armors and weapons, new strike and story since ttk. The micro transactions fund the live team who design the special events, strike variations, and nightfalls. September starts year 3 and anyone who plays this game should've been expecting to have to get new dlc.
-
Sounds like you got rekt kid! Have fun in the real world
-
I just came here for the comments. I was not disappointed lol

I hear you got someone banned for using facts.... Sad sad child. Grow up because bungie never said until destiny 2 it was any dlc in year 2. Rise of Iron if that's really what it is called will come out year three.
