I want to make sure you guys all suggest your opinions. If I could change thing about golden gun it would be allow golden gun to get precision shots for pve which fits the marksman style. I also think it should have a longer delay between each golden gun shot so supers don't get shut down because the guy shot 3 shots at one super. I think it should reward a skilled hand.

  • It is a given that it needs to be buffed PvE I would say. PvP, I think it is exactly what a super should be, but too many supers are overpowered so I think it should be buffed to keep up. It should either get more shots or get damage resistance.

  • For pve it defo needs a buff. It's just fine for pvp. I disagree with putting a timer on the shots. If a player is skilled enough to take out 3 supers with 1 then a skilled hand is being rewarded.

    • I don't think it needs a buff but it needs changes to stuff like the park where getting a knife kill during golden gun extends the time. Besides that I think it's balanced

      • IMO I believe golden gun should have Infinite shots due to its low super time and have the golden guns rate of fire extremely decreased.. Might sound OP but think about it..

        • It's balanced, but it's not. It does what it should, but too often in PvP. Honestly all supers should take much longer to charge in crucible. But in PvE it doesn't do nearly enough damage.

        • Complete garb for PvE. Needs to do more damage OVERALL in PvE. I know they can do this because they have buffed shotgun damage in PvE by 100% before, and later nerfed it slightly

        • Golden gun needs a huge buff in pve. Black spindle and most snipers do more damage then a golden gun. It's pathetic and I love golden gun but I find myself sitting on my super in pve cause of how weak it is.

          • Look at it this way: If a gunslinger or even a bladedancer were to have a competition with a sunbreaker and/or stormcaller to see who got the most super kills in PVE and/or PVP, the chances are heavily in favor of the sunbreaker and/or stormcaller. That is why I think the those two subclasses need a rethink from Bungie.

            • Both blade dancers and gunslinger need a major [b]PvE buff[/b] no question ask. A high impact sniper do more dmg than GG and any sword can do 3x time the dmg of the BD and I'm talking legendary swords. In PvE buff them alone with nova bomb and FoH and in PvP they are good nothing needs to be done there.

              • Gunslinger is a really good position right now. Double Tripmines, Double Knives, and a one shot roaming super is hard to beat. The only thing that it's missing is a type of mobility.

                • I'm gonna say what Dattowatto said, it should either be first shot does a ton of damage and damage decreases as shot number increases OR the damage starts low and increases with every shot you take. I would kinda prefer the high starting damage because I run Celestial Nighthawk in PvE a lot so I like the one shot one kill mentality and this could allow the first shot to do that. I just like unleashing godly shots that simply melt bosses.

                • While hammers get 6-7 hammers with unlimited time and warlocks get 2 subclasses that can kill and re kill people with unlimited time, hunters only get 3 bullets and like 3 seconds to get them out, it is unbalanced. I know I'm exaggerating with the unlimited, but it sure seems very long lol

                  • Put simply, golden gun needs about a 3x crit multiplier. Boom, now it's good in PVE, and it does nothing to pvp cause it still one shots anyways

                      The Gunslinger subclass multiple perks that have no use whatsoever. Golden Gun is, at best, sorely underpowered in PvE unless you're using Celestial Nighthawk. Which makes the super good for boss DPS only. Not only that but [b][i]BLADE[/i][/b]dancer has the [i][b]QUICK DRAW[/b][/i] perk in the subclass. Come on now.. If you think that's balanced, you're butthurt because you got a Golden Gun to the teeth in PvP. -------- I'd like to see a perk that gives Gunslinger an over shield when you score a kill with Golden Gun. Move the Quick Draw perk into the Gunslinger perk tree. Take out Circle of Life and replace it with something useful, or restructure the perk to provide a useful benefit. Buff Gunslinger armor by a small amount while using Golden Gun. Not enough to survive a crit snipe but enough to give a slight head to head advantage. You're in your super after all. That's just a few of my own ideas. Anyone have anything else?
