Year 2 Legendary and Exotic weapons can be infused as many times as necessary to reach maximum Light. Could be once. Could be 10 times.
What exactly is your issue?

I am getting the infusion with the yellow bar, but I am not getting The infusion that is a green bar usually located to the right three circles over and one Circle down.
