1 Replyi agree with this somewhat, I think they should have a cool down, just like Warlocks melee and Blink Strikes. It's kinda stupid how they can just constantly do it after 3 seconds. It's literally the only way Titans can get their kills.

Never had any issue with shoulder charge being OP myself and it's near useless in something like trials. Not like they're doing anything a shotgunner can't
