fixed iron baner loot drops? my @SS!
just completed a game of iron banner on xbox one, i placed top of the leaderboard for my team and didn't get sh!t for a reward, but the 2nd worse player on my team got a pair of 322 iron banner warlock boots?
i thought bungie said they fixed the loot drops for iron banner.
lying mother f^ckers.

Im like rank 2 on one guardian and have gotten 3 335 auto rifles and a 333 bond. Its just rng. Last iron banner I got zero drops and hit rank 5 on all three.

2 335 boots and a 335 rocket launcher, had some blue crap in between but I'd say the drops are definitely better

Could you refresh my memory and point out when/where they said they were improving the loot drops based on the position you finish?

Quote any bungie employee/representative stating that the higher you place on the leader board the higher your chance of rewars will be. Seriously, link me to it. If you can, I'll sacrifice my first born.

It has been fixed in that the gear is not 285 when you are 320+ Gear is dropping around 3-5 light above your current light and dropping more than ever. By the end of the week most should be 330+.

I had a terrible game last night I wasn't really concentrating whilst also having a convo with the mrs I got 3 kills and 13 deaths freaking shamefull Got a 335 rocket To redeem myself I deleted that sh1t even tho my best heavy is 330 I'm sure another will drop

They did fix it. No more engrams and actual IB drops. Did you read the update notes? Obviously not...

That's just the way crucible has always been dude, seriously, the ib gear is dropping like freakin candy, play a few more games, you'll be pleasantly surprised.

I've played only like 5 total games, and I received a 334 rocket. Which sucks, since all I need to be 335 is 1 more light on my ghost and 1 on my heavy. #TitanMasterRace

I wasn't even rank 1 1/2 yet and got a 335 hatchet, and 335 boots. All within a couple matches. I'd say they fixed something. Because that's more than I got all IB last time around.

In 19 matches I got 5 331 plus drops and 5 exotics. I'll take it.

They removed legendary engrams for a better chance at IB gear. RNG IS STILL RNG.

I've had amazing drops. 1st game on my lock I got a 335 ps exclusive bond and I was only lvl 331.

I played 3 or so matches yesterday and a whole lot of IB drops were rewarded in the end. So Bungie definitely fixed that. They didn't change anything about the way items are distributed among participants. Whether you finish first or last doesn't matter. It's random.
