Titans need an equal melee
I know this may get people angry, but it needs to be said. Hunters have a throwing knife, warlocks have a sniper range melee and titans have their shìtty t-rex arms. Something needs to change. I think titans should have a little more of something something besides a range buff to their melee.
Not trying to start an argument.
[spoiler]Please don't say anything about shoulder charge. It is not our melee.[/spoiler]
*Edit* Good lord! How do people not understand that shoulder charge is not our default melee perk? It's an ability! Here's an example of what is a melee perk: storm fist. See? It's not that hard.
*Edit* the sniper range melee was an exaggeration to those that didn't know.

Lmao, this is the dumbest post I've ever seen. You must not have ever gotten a knee down your throat, or a fist up the bum. Please Titans melee is probably the best melee in game, even with a knife, hunters have to hit twice or thrice to kill some one

Striker has shoulder charge which is great to use. Storm-grip is very useful Force barrier is great if you finish them with the melee Sunbreaker is best with melting point....at least dot damage might work? I will say titans need more lunge on their melee's except shoulder charge and suncharge . They're fine where they are

3 RepliesUmmm. Titans did get a melee range buff. If any class needs better melees it is hunters. I have had so many kills stolen from me because my melee would lunge at the enemy, rub up against the enemy and do nothing.

1 ReplyInstead of a fist it should be like an elbow smash, to where you stick your elbow out and it lunges you forward to the opponents face. Elbowstrike because it's cooler then a punch and it would have more range with the added lunge effect.

It's an ability but it's still a melee. They added that ability so titans won't cry about melees. It's like warlocks they can say wow solar grenades suck but with the ability of burning it's a different thing. How is shoulder charging not in the argument just because it's an ability? It's a melee in the game stop being ignorant.

5 RepliesStorm fist does more damage than any other melee, there you go. Why even complain? And who needs a ranged melee when you have shoulder charge? Titan doesn't need a melee buff, you need a buff.

What I want to say is: Why make different classes if you want them all to have the same abilities? You want to have a long range melee? Go play your Gunslinger hunter.

2 RepliesBy your logic, then technically the throwing knife is only a Gunslinger ability, and not an actual melee like your requesting for Titans. You use it once, then you wait for it to recharge and in the meantime you have a stab. Stormcaller Warlock's sniper melee is a perk exclusive to that class. Void walker and Sunsinger melees have less range than that. Shoulder charge is a perfectly viable melee ability for a single class. It takes some getting used to, but it's a one-hit kill, unless your under leveled. Titans' melees are just fine. All classes are.

First off SHOULDER BASH IS NOT OUR MELEE!!! Therefore in a discussion on MELEE ABILITIES it should not even be brought up, its a perc we chose to have, it takes a sacifice to even use sholder bash, we have to give up a lot of armor and health during our super. Second, titan melee is glitched to all shiz, i punch people in crusible all the time with my melee and get no damage ( and I know its not lag because when i use hos melee i still ignite them but dont do the actuall "melee damage). Titan melee does need a major fix, all i want is for my hits to work so that when i punch people in the face i would like for them yo take damage. ( And dont give me the "oh hes complaining and titans are the only ones who can one shot with their "melee"[spoiler]aka sholder bash[/spoiler] because I've been one shot by hunter for a very very long time)

Your shoulder charge is what you have to use in place of regular melee, since your regular melee is ass.
