An open letter to Bungie and its Management Dear Bungie, Because of the most recent screw up with the Post Master not delivering Sterling Boxes, which I have not received. Because of your current, past mistakes and broken promises within the game Destiny since Day 1, it's expansions, it's updates and within your own Studio from the Employee Level to your Management (which are too many to count at this point). You owe the Community an apology and a refund. Both would be great! A formal apology would help re-build bridges to the Community that you have burnt down because of your lies, mistakes and incompetence. To date you have not delivered the level of Gaming that I would expect from your Studio. A level of Gaming that built my trust in you as a cutting edge developer. Your Studio prided itself to be on the precipice of new ideas. With Destiny you have yet to deliver. I remember like its yesterday, watching the video detailing where we could join our friends at any given moment while flying around the Solar System. I have bought your games since Halo. Invested my money and time. I am saddened to see that your Studio is changing for the worse. A formal apology would be nice…. Now that you have figured out why the Sterling Boxes were not delivered to some in the Community and others within the Community were left out high and dry; you are expecting those who were effected have to go out of there way to get their missing box. Cozmo, Deej and Bungie thank you for the BIG middle finger! A refund to EVERYONE with a linked account would be nice. If I order a Burger or a dinner at a restaurant and they screw up on the order, or the food is horrible, to take care of the customer; at times the meal is comped, reduced, or the establishment gives something to the customer in return for not delivering the level of service that is expected. This type of refund or comp is done because the customer paid for the level of service (or will pay depending on the establishment) and or quality of the product they were expecting. You have not delivered. A refund at some level would be nice….. The refund could be a complete set of Taken Armor. As Deej said the armor is cosmetic until you infuse. How about a Taken Ship, or…… a Year 2 Gjallarhorn with REAL exotic perks not the crap that you have now such as “Fire Faster if you are the last member in the team” or “Bonus Armor” or “Bonus Agility”. A Gjallarhorn (everyone would go nuts over this) that could be used in the next installment of Destiny 2017. Here is how a refund or an “I’m sorry gift” to the whole Community would help you and your bottom line and could increase your profits. If your gift to the Community is a REAL gift it would be a great step to heal the Burn you have done to all of us. This could intern help us decide if we really want to buy your next installment of Destiny. The PR of this would be beneficial on a HUGE way by fostering positive word of mouth and TONS of articles and mentions by the Press (all Free). If you forecast and lead with it, the Studio could hit a big upswing in PR and Brand Loyalty. Which intern, could increase your future profitability to a higher level then where it might be if you don’t do my suggestion. Im asking the Studio and your Management to consider my request. You are entitled to your own opinion and I am entitled to mine. It's just sad to see the lack of thought in your replies and how much hate you have in your heart. I've completed Challenge of Elders on all 3 characters and my Titan was the only character that had a sterling treasure at the Postmaster. I've went to orbit more than once, and reset my PS4. Is anyone else having this problem? If so how do I fix it

Increase the drop rate of strike specific loot.

For those of you who could not log on on Monday.... We got it it sucks. However, that is the nature of things. Sometimes we miss out on things. There are people deployed to combat who can't play for a year. There are people who work 24 on 48 off. These are real issues. Its a box in a video game that you get 3 of every week. So what if you missed one, NOT THAT BIG OF A DEAL....RELAX

So when i play crucible and lose with a random team i get the same team for the next 2 games. Oh yeah thats fun. But when i get a good team and really have fun playing with them my team gets broken up. I dont get it.

It's lagging on Xbox 360 disconnecting alot , an my friend confirmed that ps3 is lagging the same way. Is anyone else having this problem on next Gen?
