Why is this forum called Competitive, when this game is not remotely competitive?

i think the words you are looking for are sweaty tryard mlg competition. By definition this game is competitive, because 2 teams compete against each other. Maybe the skill isn't up to the level you want, but a rec soccer game between two teams of 5 year olds is as much a competition as the world cup final.

The basic definition of competitive is playing against other people. It doesn't need to be MLG , ranked, or a pro circuit. It took me a while to realize that too.

Isn't pvp competition? Granted I don't like playing the pvp. Definately still competition. It's game by game competition and nothing more. But a competition no less. PvE is like ELE- everybody love everybody but actually it's the opposite haha. Still competition though

Dumb post. Of course it's competitive. It's a competition to win in your environment. I'm sure you're referring to the balance of the game (ie. Halo) where you don't have millions of different load out options so everyone is on equal ground. I love that you can match your gear to exactly how you want to play. If your talking about professional competitive gameplay, the best in the world are comfortable taking their load out against another players best load out so why does it matter?

Competitive forum is used by people who want to complain about methods: I.e. sniping, slide-shotgun. Class forum is for people to complain about fire blots, shoulder charger, self-res, evades (or lack there of).
