Tell me one good game with a good sequel and...
And how long did it take to make ?
Halo 1 : 2001, Halo 2 : 2004
Borderlands 1 : 2009, Borderlands 2 : 2012
Any other examples ?
And then Destiny 1 : 2014, Destiny 2 : 2017 ? That doesn't sound weird at all right ?

It takes years to make a game, but people expect Bungie to create a flow of quality content at incredibly unrealistic speeds. It all comes back to people obsessing over Destiny even though they won't admit it and always want more, and the post-modern "now" mentality. Why they can't play something else and patiently wait when they've done everything on one game is a mystery to me.

The first 3 Assassin's Creed games were pretty great too (AC1 2007, AC2 2009, Brotherhood 2010, Revelations 2011, AC3 2012, Black Flag 2013)

Look at the time between each of these games and yet you never heard anyone complaining about lack of content. Know why? The DLC that released for each of these games not only provided new content but totally revamped each game and brought new life into them.

Darksiders = 2010 Darksiders 2 = 2012 And I'd say DS2 was better because of the more RPG like elements. Although I will say I liked War better as a protagonist

2 RepliesGood game...? Destiny isn't good.. It is okay, maybe fair, but it isn't good. Honestly it does have potential but having a half-a$$ story then having to read cards for the rest? That's just poor design, we paid to play, not read lmao. Let's just hope destiny 2 is better than destiny.

Kingdom hearts - 2002 Kingdom hearts 2 - 2005 Kingdom hearts 3 - 2017? Who knows when its officially releasing but the 12 year wait is worth it (not counting other games in the series) Thats just my favorite, the list of games with equally as good or better sequels is actually pretty long for me.
