"Queen's Rise" expansion.
The Queen put herself in stasis, then collided with drifting carcass of Oryx. Siphoning away his Blight, the Queen is able to send a message to her "Hidden friend".
The Vanguard dispatches a group of Guardians to locate and rescue the Queen. They find her nestled in Oryx's chest, thriving off of his Blight.
The Guardians descend onto the King's corpse to pull her from within. Once on secured on a ship, the Guardians head to the Reef.
The Awoken are joyous to have their Queen returned to them, but her face is even more callous than ever. She is not here for celebration. She wants revenge.
Her eyes glow with Blighted energy as she looks out onto her Awoken brethren. Her voice is still soft, but rings in their ears as if she is standing beside every single one of them. She tells them to prepare to eradicate the remaining Taken. She tells them to prepare for war.
Petra stands firmly and speaks sharply from outside the crowd. She reminds the Queen that the Awoken were decimated after the assault on the Dreadnaught. They have none left that can do battle while maintaining order along the Reef.
The Queen closes her eyes and speaks plainly. "Seek out the Guardians."
The Vanguard learns that the Queen has tapped into the Blight that created the Taken. She saw their intentions and knows that with their King gone, they will form another.

Prison of Elders
The Queen has captured the worst the Blight has offered. Cast your Light upon them and wipe them out.

3 RepliesAnd in the vog raid, that single gate off in the distance before the gatekeeper is actually put to use and teleports us to the distant past where we find the creators of destiny and we have to kill them while they throw us every type of attack possible. Poison, blinding us, stealing our supers. And the only way to prevent the incoming barrage of bs is to pay them a small amount of $45 so we can wipe and repeat our mistakes for the next 6 months.
