Why can't Bungie tell us their plan?
I don't really see a problem with them telling us this stuff. The only real problem I see our content miners looking for stuff and spoiling new weapons and armor. I honestly don't want to be surprised either because, well we all set are expectations to high.
I also think that they should release new content [b]before[/b] everyone is even leveled up so their is so much more stuff to do!

Because it's all still in the works. They don't want to tell us something and then have the plan change before release and have the community grab the pitchforks because they were "lied" to.

Fine details? Because people would rage if they changed. High Level dates, concepts, direction? No excuse. If we are supposed to be getting a large "spring" update it should be solid enough at this point to release some teaser points. If not, I fear for the future of this franchise. Beyond the spring update...it just shows that in Y1 they shared / provided what they did because it was all made already. We know now they took a full product and broke it up. That means they didn't have to wait on "new" content...it was already in hand. It's going to be an interesting few months...

They kinda did.... No specifics but we were told about upcoming DLC and free events. No one is happy. Nothing wrong with playing something else while we wait for more destiny.

They may be trying to finish it up, but it may be taking longer than they thought. They said the spring. It's not even spring yet. Plus, I think they have to wait for Activision to give them the go ahead.

Bungie is the creative studio. Activision is in control of business. Which means, activision tells Bungie when they're allowed to release information at the right time for stockholders and such. Also, Bungie has to know when they'll be done with whatever it is they're doing, and usually they're not sure. So activision has them by the balls and we're a bunch of pricks about it

Its not bungies plan its activision plans. Sort of like they took forever to confirm destiny 2 because they had to wait till activision posted their yearly content of all games. When activision gives the go they'll post it. Deej probably already has the article ready to go they just need permission from the big boys at activision.
