He likely saw his team mate being downed, and began charging his fusion rifle, before emerging from his position, calculating his target (you) would be immediately around the corner. It's your one shot kill, vs. his own, and he beat you to the punch.

3 RepliesI played against a blinking warlock in ToO and he was the greatest sniper ever, he res sniped both my teammate as he blinked away from my shotgun. He was a legend. I wish I video taped it. It was the greatest skill I've seen in a game he did it constantly. He was carry that team like a dragon.
