You can't really compare the divisions map to GTA when GTA was made for vehicles and doesn't have the attention to detail that the division does. Personally I like the division for what it has that destiny doesn't. I'll still come back to raid in destiny... but I like the customization in guns and clothing. Add in the seamless gameplay with friends and it's better in my book. I spent hours searching open apartment buildings with friends in both betas just for clothes, and it was fun. Besides, with the announcement of the DLC, it looks like there will be plenty of other endgame content that isn't PvP, like a tower defense type mode.
